The 2014 Show Season wrap up!

The 2014 show season was full of great accomplishments for everyone!  Visit the slide show below to catch up on the accomplishemtns of the LTR team horses and riders.

Simon had a great time cheering his team on and, occasionally, cheering his team up in 2014! He is pictured here at the USDF/SWDC Region 9 Championships.

Lyndon congratulates Luke and Finn after winning the SWDC Training Level Open Championship.

Jago

Jago

Lyndon and Jago earned scores to 68% at Intermediate II throughout the season and made their Grand Prix debut in June! They finished their first season of Grand Prix with top ribbons and a median average of 64%. They earned the USDF Vintage Cup Horse of the Year Championship at Intermediate II and the Dallas Dressage Club Horse of the Year awards at Intermediate II and Grand Prix.

Rubinato and Lissa Dewar

Lissa and Rossi had a great debut season together. They earned training level amateur scores in the high 70's and won both the USDF Region 9 and SWDC Amateur Training Level Championship and the USDF Oldenburg GOV Training Level Horse of the Year Championship.

Julie and Lincoln enjoyed an abbreviated season at Prix St George and Intermediate I. They won all six of their FEI classes with scores to 70% and the Dallas Dressage Intermediate I Horse of the Year award.

Luke and Finn had an amazing season at Training level and in the FEI Four year old division. They earned the SWDC Open Training Level Championship and many other championships along the way with scores to 79%. They earned second place in the USDF American Hanoverian Horse of the Year standings with an average of over 75%.

Lindo Verde

Luke McLaughlin competed Amanda Hester's Lindo Verde in the spring of 2014. They earned many wins and the USDF/Oldenburg GOV First Level Horse of the Year Championship with a 72.734% average.

Dannah and Mary Beth Henderson

Mary Beth and Dannah had a strong year at First level with many wins throughout the season.

Chief and Karen Genneken

Karen competed in the fall on Lyndon's Chief and earned scores to 68% and qualified for the Region 9 Championships in their first show together.

O'Shaughnessy and Nancy Foglia

Nancy and Shaun contested several shows at first level in 2014 and had great success with improvement throughout and top ribbons and scores to prove it!

Austin earned the USDF American Holsteiner Horse of the Year Championship at Prix St George, Intermediate I, and Intermediate I freestyle. He was reserve champion USDF Vintage Cup Horse of the Year at Intermediate I and Dallas Dressage Club Intermediate I Freestyle Horse of the Year.

Julie competed Tammy McGowen's Syarda at his first dressage competition. The pair earned top ribbons and scores to 71% at the Emerald Classic in Katy.

Onastacia and Nadine DeYoung

Onastacia and Nadine DeYoung

Nadine and her made Ona made their region 9 debut at second level open. The won classes throughout the season with a high score of 69%. The earned the HDS Open Second Level Championship at the Fall show and placed eighth in the USDF Region 9 championship class.

Lincoln and Katelyn Omas

Lincoln and Katelyn Omas

Lincoln was an admirable pinch hitter when Katelyn's horse Andreas could not finish out the show season. The pair earned the USDF Region 9 First Level Junior Championship, Training level Reserve Championship, and SWDC First level Bronze medal.

Bliss SQF came back to work late in the spring after having her first foal. She attended the Texas Dressage Classic where she impressed the judges and then went to the American Hanoverian inspection where she earned the highest score in the nation!! Congratulations Jill Peterson.

Luke and Lili had a big year moving up to third level. They earned scores in the high 70's throughout the year and earned the USDF Region 9 Third Level Open Reserve Championship.

Amy Burnett competed Sarah Samaan's Rocky at First level open in the Dallas Dressage Spring shows. The pair won classes and collected top ribbons with scores to 69%.

Jillian White and Wanabee

Jillian White and Wanabee earned many wins and championships at First and Second level junior including 4th place in the USDF Junior First level Horse of the Year standings with a 70%!

Tico and Karen continued their steady improvement and qualified for the Region 9 Championships early in the season.

Chief had a big year with multiple riders! Pictured here with new working student Alyvia Elling, this duo earned scores to 69% in their first competition together.

Lyndon debuted Sarah Hester's Austin Chase in the FEI level this year. He had a big year making his debut at Prix St George, Intermediate I and Intermediate I freestyle!

Helio and Sarah Samaan

Sarah and Helio had a solid year at first level amateur but a conflict kept them from competing at the regional championships this year.

Luke McLaughlin debuted Carolyn Hoekstra's Deacon in the spring of 2014. He earned scores to 80% and many others in the mid to high 70's.

Genou Bijou and Amanda Hester

Amanda and "Beezie" formed their partnership early in 2014 and skipped through first to third level in their first year! The pair earned the USDF Oldenburg GOV First level junior horse of the year award and the SWDC Third level junior Bronze medal at the Championships.

Jago and Lyndon competing at Intermediate II at Dallas. Jago was the Dallas Dressage Club Grand Prix Horse of the Year and the Houston Dressage Society Intermediate II Horse of the Year.
